How two unlikely shelters came together on a life-saving project

Tangipahoa Parrish Animal Control is small Louisiana shelter, brave enough to try new things to save more lives. Charles "Chip" Fitz, the director of Tangipahoa, discusses partnering in the pilot program called Prince and Paws Shelter Collaborative project, with mentor shelter, Brandywine Valley SPCA, along with support from the ASPCA and Wings of Rescue.
